2017 CTCC joint event will race on 26th November, at Shanghai international circuit. We sincerely welcome the media to our race.
To ensure all media reporters work in a well-ordered condition, organizer is now providing registration service for all media institutions. Details are as follows：
Registration requirements
1.General Media:
A. Including all media staff from newspaper, magazine, broadcasting station , network media, television and news agency；
B. Non-media staff, which including working staff from marketing department, representative of Club, are not allowed to register；
C. Freelancer and freelance photographer must provide the reference letter from their employers；
D. Organizer would control the number of media staff, as follows：
●Newspaper, magazines: two text reporters and two photographers ；
●Television Station: two text reporters and two cameramen；
●Broadcasting station, Network Media: three journalists ；
●News agency: one text reporter, one photographer;
* The quantity of cameraman and photographer is limited. The final explanation rights belong to the organizer。
2. Official Media
A.Including all media staff from newspaper, magazine, broadcasting station, network media, television and news agency；
B.Official Media Institution should have the corporation agreement with CTCC organizer；
Passes
According to the type of pass, media pass holder could enter restricted area during the valid time
1. Type of pass：
A. General media pass, all reporters (including text reporters,photographers and cameramen) are only allowed to use the pass for one race；
B. Official photography/cameraman vest is only for annual photographer/cameraman use and could be used whole season；
C. General photography/cameraman vest is only for race photographer/cameraman use and has to be returned at the end of the race；
D. Photographic equipment sticker, cameraman is only allowed to enter with registered photographic equipment which have sticker on it；
2. Matters need attention
A. Pass holders must strictly obey the rules, abide the arrangement and follow the instructions of organizer；
B. Pass holder assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or property damage arising out of our related to the events；
C. Organizer sets up three official shooting areas: press center, podium, winning parking. These areas are for official media use only；
D. General Media could work at pit lane during the race；
* Pass is only for personal use and cannot be transferable.
* All registered photographic equipment must have photographic equipment sticker.

Registration Procedures
1.Login CTCC media center via official website (www.ctcc.com.cn) to register.
2.A confirmation email will be sent to you after organizer verifies your application, normally takes 2 working days.
3.Once receive the confirmation letter, the registration succeeded.
* On –site registration is not acceptable.
Collecting the pass
1.Time
Race week Friday 12:00 – 18:00
Race week Saturday,Sunday: 8:00 – 12:00
* A further notice will be announced if registration time changed.

3.Authorization information
3.1 Personal identification is needed when applicant is collecting the pass.
3.2 General photographer/cameraman needs to pay 500RMB deposit when collecting the photographer/cameraman vest which could be done in the media meeting point.
Return of photographer/cameraman vest
1.At the end of race, photographer/cameraman vest must be returned to the media center and organizer returns deposit to the photographer/cameraman.
